Andrew J. McCants
Founding Partner Andrew J. McCants is result driven and dedicated to fighting for your case. Andrew has a wide range of experiences from car crashes, and dog bites, to DUIs and complex first-degree felonies.
As a former prosecutor Andrew has overseen more than a thousand cases and won several high-profile cold cases at trial. Here is a list on our blog. Andrew’s time spent training new prosecutors, and with the SAKI Unit (Sexual Assault Kit Initiative) shaped his unique trial skills, and abilities to deal with challenging cases from inception to closure.
Andrew graduated from the University of Houston Law Center, where he won several prestigious awards including a national championship from the Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law helping students navigate evidence and trial practice.

Jordan H. Farrell
Founding partner Jordan Farrell brings unmatched courtroom experience and legal insight to every case he handles. Over the course of his career, he has tried approximately 50 trials and overseen thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses like shoplifting and battery to complex charges such as aggravated DUI.
As one of Albuquerque’s most experienced DUI prosecutors, Jordan built a reputation for his meticulous case preparation, and strategic thinking. His extensive work in DUI law has made him a go-to resource for both clients and colleagues.
In addition to his trial work, Jordan has played a key role in training incoming prosecutors. His dedication to legal education reflects his passion for maintaining high standards within the legal community and ensuring that every client benefits from a well-prepared advocate.
Today, he leverages his prosecutorial experience to provide aggressive, informed defense strategies for individuals facing criminal charges throughout New Mexico.
