Andrew McCants is the Managing Partner of our Personal Injury Division. He is result driven and dedicated to fighting for your case. He worked on personal injury cases as a law clerk, and junior attorney. Later, as a Senior Trial Attorney with the 2nd Judicial DA's Office, Andrew handled cases from DWIs to complex first-degree felonies, gaining extensive trial experience.

As a former prosecutor Andrew has overseen more than a thousand cases and won several high-profile cold cases at trial. Here is a list on our blog. Andrew’s time spent training new prosecutors, and with the SAKI Unit (Sexual Assault Kit Initiative) shaped his unique trial skills, and abilities to deal with challenging cases from inception to closure.

Andrew also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law helping students navigate evidence and trial practice. This is an extension of his passion for academia as Andrew won several awards including a national championship in Los Angeles.
